Happy Hump Day

It's Wednesday and I can't believe I"m sitting here updating...usually it's one of my busiest days of the week and I really don't do anything other than work, sleep and cook dinner...but I was home alittle early this morning.... I was so honored to be featured on the inspirational blog the other day..how sweet Julie was...Thanks Julie....I absolutely love your site and look forward to new features every dayPhoto Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket Here is my take on the challenge over at BBTB blog. We were asked to make something using the lucky cut from Alphalicious cart. The frame actually opens and the dice sit on the inside of the card but can be seen from the outside...lol...did that make any sense? Thank you Regina for sending this cut to me. I also received my free cart from Cricut today. Back in February if you purchased 2 carts from Wal-Mart then you could get a free cart from them. I got the Stamped cart today...woohoo...we all know how we love freebies.... Well I"m off to jump in the shower and make dinner. They will be coming in shortly from school/work.. Happy Sunday Evening

How was everyone's weekend....mine was extra special...Friday was our anniversary and yesterday was my birthday....we took off for the beach yesterday to spend the day relaxing and partying...and had a wonderful time...Tricia, Scott and myself...not to mention, I finally was able to stop at all of those little shops that I've wanted to for years now...I guess it pays to be the birthday girl...lol.... Here's some projects that are older, but I thought that I would post them here on my blog since I hadn't posted in so long over this year....hope you enjoy them and can get some sort of inspiration.... look at the motion in this photo. I loved it when I downloaded it from my camera and it looked just like this... I used a negative from a cut on my cricut and light moldeling past to give this card some dimention. Have a happy week ahead... Hugs from a very sweet Charm City

It's a Beautiful Tuesday Morning

Happy Tuesday....it's really early here...I've been up since about 11:45pm working....so I' am a bit tired this morning, but I wanted to do an update here before I went off to bed.
Here's the set I made for the BBTB blog for the first week of being her guest designer....
Let's get Together Set
The challenge was to use the mug from the Christmas Cheer cart from the Cricut machine. Take a gander over and see what all of the awesom designers came up with. Their designs are just so creative and lovely....
Here's a few cards that I just had picked up by Ready Set Create Cards issue.
here's her blog if you wanted to take a peek...the cards book was just awesom...very creative cards and designers ....
Yesterday I took my mother and daughter to lunch at this Japenese steak house for lunch...it was jsut awesom...the food was outstanding, not to mention the show that they do at the grill that's in front of you...we had a perfect time together...and we even made it to Joanns for alittle shopping...
I just wanted togive a shout out to a few freinds and family for their birthdays...
Our little grandbabies Bayleigh and Noah---sorry that we couldn't be there to help celebrate your birthday....we miss you very much and can't wait to see you...
And to my nephew Christopher who is in the Army in Texas right now. Happy Birthday Chris. We miss and love you to...
And to a dear friend who has been since I first started coming onto the internet way back when. We met over at CKMB site...Happy Birthday Bonnie...sorry you couldn't open the e-card I had sent you....I'm hoping that I can make the New Jersey show, but it's not looking like I'll be able to. I might just be a last minute thing though....
Well need to run and get some shut eye. My eyelids are very heavy.
