Good morning blogland....how's your day going for you? Mine, busy...need to do a bunch of errands, hit the library up today and then back here to do my daily chores....but before I take off for the day, I wanted to share a card I had made for Kenny K's Challenge this week.......ENJOY!!!!!
Now how cute is this...lol...I thought this image was really cool to make another unusual Valentine's Day card....what do ya think? A little out in left field...lol.....
I used Cheyenne from Kenny K...the cactus from Graphics Factory....and the sentiment from Rodeo Randy Set from Boni Bleaux Designs....MS border punch...distress inks and I also used Krylon Antiquing paper spray....that's where the coffee looking paper comes from....I embossed it using Sizzix embossing folders and then just deeply sprayed the paper.....I just love how deep and rich looking it turned out.....
here's the inside....isn't this little cupid (graphics factory) just the cutest....to me it looks like he's crashing through the sky to deliver a Valentine's....lol....
this is the left side...I used a rubber stamp from Sweet Pea...
this is the right side...I used one of those huge brads to add the greeting....
and here's what the spray looks like if you are interested...I purchased this from Mike's over in the spray paint section....there are other types of paper spray there as well...you ought to stop and check them out....play some...you might be surprised.....
